BACKGROUND
Two-seater designed by Delemontez introduced 1950.
Produced in large numbers both by several commercial
manufacturers and as amateur-built from plans, including many
built by French aero clubs for their own use.

The 65 hp variants, principally the D112, normally had
a single 12 gallon front header tank forward of the bulkhead,
though a few had a 12 gallon rear tank, needing a fuel pump.
The 90 hp variants had an additional 12 gallon tank behind the
seat, except for the Wassmer-built D120 which just had a 25
gallon rear tank.

Suffix R (Remorqueur) have glider towing hook
Suffix T (Train Tricycle) have nosewheel.
Suffix V (Volets) have flaps
F11 variant by Falconar with re-modelled wing
F12 three-seat variant by Falconar.
D11 by Frank Rogers in Australia includes minor mods, e.g.
wing-root fuel tanks
Sky Princess wide-track undercarriage D11 variant by Frank
Rogers.
Homebuilt plans were sold by Jodel in France, Phoenix and more recently Airworld in Britain, Falconar in Canada, Aero-Jodel (Zuerl) in Germany, Frank Rogers in Australia. Phoenix and Airworld have assigned Jodel plans numbers but the others have separate number sequences.
Some of the kit suppliers and minor production runs were assigned both local production numbers and Jodel licence-to-build numbers. Also several homebuilt aircraft were assigned project numbers by national organisations in addition to their plans/licence numbers. These are covered in later sections.
